P.SELVAKAMATCHI, Advocate for the respondent and both parties appeared in person before the Mediation and Conciliation centre and they having settled their disputes and entered into terms of settlement memo, dated 06/09/2022 duly signed by both parties as well as the Mediator. Both the Appellant herein/Husband and Respondent herein/Wife be and hereby exchanged their things and articles before this Mediation and conciliation Centre. (1) That the marriage solemnized between the Appellant herein/Husband and Respondent herein/Wife on 09.12.2018 according to Hindu rites and customs be and hereby is dissolved by granting decree of divorce;
(2) That both parties agreed not to make any claim against each others.
