This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass him and his family members under the guise of an enquiry.

Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the complaints, lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent against the petitioner were registered in C.S.R.No.399/2023 and C.S.R.No.465/2023 and after conducting preliminary enquiry, both the complaints were closed.

3. Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
