O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.220 of 2016 dated 17.06.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.06.2018, the case was registered in Crime No.220 of 2016 under Sections 120(b), 465, 468 and 471 IPC, but sofar, final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is under progress and he seeks three months time for filing final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and file a final report within a period of three months.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
