ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to issue direction to the second respondent to register a case as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.05.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigation.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted and the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
