This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.01.2018.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused has forged the sale agreement and tried to grab the petitioner's property and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 08.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that enquiry is still pending.

5.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, he has to register a case and proceed with the same in accordance with law.
