Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition in Crl.OP(MD)No.516 of 2019 dated 05.02.2019 thereby directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily could be modified by this Hon'ble Court thereby directing him to fulfil the condition before the Madathukulam Police Station, which is situated nearby to the petitioners office daily at 10.30 a.m., from the present condition of appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 4556/ 2019 :

To modify the condition in Crl.OP(MD)No.516 of 2019 dated 05.02.2019 thereby directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily could be modified by this Hon'ble Court thereby directing him to fulfil the condition before the Udumalaipettai Police Station, which is situated nearby to the petitioners office daily at 10.30 a.m., from the present condition of appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mrs.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioners have filed these Petitions seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court at the time of granting anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3.
