2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 23387 of 2025 dt. 18.12.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 am for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
