The recruitment notification, dated 02.07.2012, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.The recruitment notification was issued for selection and appointment to the post of Lecturer on consolidated salary. On account of efflux of time, the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition became vanished. Thus, no further consideration needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petition.
