PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents to disburse the provident fund scheme amount of Rs.32,389.00/- as well as the terminal benefits under the gratuity scheme to the petitioner with in a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the provident fund amount of Rs.32,389/- as well as the terminal benefits under the gratuity scheme to the petitioner within a prescribed time.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the Demand 2/4

Draft for Rs.32,389/- was taken and it was handed over to the petitioner. This shall be full and final settlement for the claim of the petitioner. The petitioner has also appeared in person before this Court. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
