Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABHA, Advocate for M/S.S.GOKUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18308 of 2016, dated 16.11.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P(MD)No.18308 of 2016, dated 16.11.2016, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P(MD)No.18308 of 2016, dated 16.11.2016, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
