ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.RAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 339 days in remitting the deficit court fee.

2. Delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) each as cost, to M/S.Anbagam DRO
Colony, Madurai-7 within a period of two weeks from today, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed.
