O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused has created some false documents with a view to get transfer of patta in respect of the petitioner's father's property. Hence, a complaint has been sent to the first respondent and the same has been forwarded to the second respondent, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, summons have been sent to both parties and the enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
