This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to protect the life and limb of the petitioner from the illegal activities of the fourth and fifth respondents based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2023.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation was already considered and closed. He would further submit that the private respondents are none other than the parents of the petitioner. The petitioner, as against her parents' wish, has married one Vijayakumar, thereby, there is a dispute pending between the petitioner and her parents. Based on the earlier complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered as 2/4
against the private respondents and now, she sent the present representation, which was considered and closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
