O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to dispose the petitioner's revision pending vide Na.Ka.No.M5/26416/2015 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner along with one Ramachandran has preferred a revision before the respondent as against the order of Sub Collector, dated 21.09.2015. Stating that the said revision preferred by the petitioner is pending from 2015, the above Writ Petition is filed.

4.Considering the limited scope of prayer in the Writ Petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's revision, is inclined to issue the following directions:

"The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's revision on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
