O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.84 of 2021 dated 30.12.2021 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the respondent Police completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet in C.C.No.454 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kulithurai and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
