O R D E R

This petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in Cr.M.P.No.6674 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri against the petitioners.

2.Perusal of the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners would show that there are no merits in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners to quash the criminal proceedings against them. Further, perusal of the charge sheet would show that thereare specific allegations as against the petitioners. The grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings and the criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed.
