ORDER : THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER :- The petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court on 16.07.2015 to enable the petitioner to attend the funeral ceremony of the mother of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has surrendered today and he seeks permission to withdraw this petition and to move the Special Court for regular bail. Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move the Special Court for regular bail.
