ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to dispose the suit as expeditiously in O.S.No.166 of 2019 on the file of the 1/4

District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimaruthur within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the petitioner / 1st plaintiff would submit that he has filed a suit for permanent injunction and same being adjourned for the past 6 years without any progress. He would further submit that the petitioner herein is a senior citizen and therefore, the said case may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimaruthur, to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.166 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimaruthur to dispose the said suit in O.S.No.166 of 2019 pending on his file within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.
