ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the first respondent herein, under which they have informed the petitioner that they are going to disconnect the electricity service connection on the request made by the second respondent landlord.

2. There is no representation on the side of the writ petitioner and on the side of the second respondent.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent submits that the petitioner Company has vacated the premises and nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. The same is recorded.
