O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the the second respondent to secure the accused persons in Crime No.512 of 2016 dated 25.11.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accused persons have collected the money from 250 persons including the petitioner to the tune of Rs.20,19,590/-. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint and based on the said complaint, the second respondent has registered a case on 25.11.2016 in Crime No.512 of 2016 under Sections 120(b), 406, 419, 465, 467 and 471 IPC, but sofar, the accused persons were not arrested and amount was also not recovered. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to give proper direction to the second respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Cri.side) has submitted that since the accused persons were absconding, they could not be arrested. However he requested to grant two months for securing the accused.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to secure the accused persons within a period of two months and proceed further in accordance with law. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
