O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to interfere in civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has borrowed a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- from one Ramanathan/fourth respondent. He has repaid the said amount with interest, that is about Rs.5,00,000. Even thereafter, the Said Ramanadhan/fourth respondent gave a false complaint stating that the petitioner has to pay a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- and based on the said complaint the respondents are harassing the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that enquiry is still pending before the second respondent, with regard to the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent. 4.The second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry. If the enquiry reveals that any cognizable offence is made out, it is open to him to register a case and proceed in accordance with law and during the said enquiry, the petitioner should not be subject to any harassment.

5. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
