ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging a tender cum auction notice issued by the respondent/Bank for auctioning the Tractor and Trailer of the writ petitioner, which was purchased by the petitioner utilizing the loan sanctioned by the respondent/Bank.

2. According to the learned counsel for the respondent, the petitioner has settled the loan amount and nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. The said fact is recorded.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 02.09.2022 Index :
