ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.175 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the first respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) informing that the offence under Section 6(4) TNSC(RDCS) Order 1982 r/w 7(1) a(ii) of EC Act, 1955, charge stands filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur, this Criminal Original Petition, shall stand dismissed. The learned Magistrate is directed to consider the charge sheet filed in the matter without any further delay. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
