Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to enter the correct Survey Numbers as Survey No.33/1A, New Survey No.463/31,32,37 instead of Survey No.333/1A, New Survey No.436/58 in certified copy of the sale deed in Document No.429 of 1998 on the file of the second respondent based on the petitioner's representations dated 22.07.2024 and 28.07.2024. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to enter the correct Survey Numbers as Survey No.33/1A, New Survey No.463/31,32,37 instead of Survey No.333/1A, New Survey No.436/58 in certified copy of the sale deed in Document No.429 of 1998 on the file of the second respondent.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representations submitted by the petitioner, dated 22.07.2024 and 28.07.2024 respectively and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and counter party, if any. 2/4

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
