O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to afford sufficient police protection to look after and maintain the petitioner's land and to sell the land out of 10.05 acres in Old Survey No.149, New Survey No.59/1 other than a building, namely a hospital run by a private individual at Palayamchettikulam Village, Palayamkottai in Thirunelveli District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that if a direction is given, police protection would be afforded to the petitioner and the order permitting the same may be issued to the Inspector of Police, Taluk Police Station, Palayamkottai. Thirunelveli District. 4.In the circumstances, there shall be a direction to the Inspector of Police, Taluk Police Station, Palayamkottai, Thirunelveli District to consider the representation, if any presented by the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if necessary give a police protection in accordance with law at the cost of the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
