Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.SANTHANAM RAJESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6101 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12040 of 2020 on 24.11.2020 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

CRL MP(MD) No.510 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.6101 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12040 of 2020 on 24.11.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall be available, as and when required by the respondent.
