PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to provide adequate Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioned and his property on the representation made by the petitioned to the second respondent on 21.12.2017.

O R D E R

The present petition is filed seeking protection to the life, liberty and right to property of the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had obtained a decree in O.S.No.171 of 2015, before the District Munsif Court, Thiruvaiyaru, seeking permanent injunction over a piece of property comprised in Survey No.236 of 3 in Arcod Village and Survey No.119 / 2 in Nathamangalam Village. He submits that he faces threat to his life, liberty and right to his property.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

shall cause such necessary enquiry after serving notice on the defendants in the aforesaid O.S.No.171 of 2015, and to take such appropriate decision.

5.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
