This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.252 of 2014 on the file of the Karur Town Police Station as investigated by the second respondent to any other investigation agency specifically transferred to CBCID.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.252 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and the respondent No.2 laid the charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate on 02.10.2018 and the same was taken cognizance.
