Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5769 of 2019, dated 22.04.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioner was unable to execute the sureties within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5769 of 2019, dated 22.04.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.5769 of 2019, dated 22.04.2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically.
