Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2019 and consequently further direct him to release the balance outstanding amounts from the petitioner's husband SB Account No.10776997857 as well as Fixed Deposit Account No.37862304992 a sum of Rs.8,80,599/- along with accrued interest thereupon and transfer the same to the petitioner's A/c No.10776866096, within the time stipulated by this Court.
