O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by him dated 17.04.2015 and proceed with the same as per law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.04.2015, a case in Crime No.750 of 2015 was registered by the second respondent for the offence punishable under Section 107 of Code of Criminal Procedure.

3. In view of the above stated position, the second respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.750 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
