O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.12.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one Rajendran @ Rajesh received passport from the petitioner by saying that he will arrange job in foreign countries and thereafter he did not make any arrangements for job and also refused to return the passport. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 22.12.2016, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) has submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 22.12.2016 and the same was closed after enquiry. Thereafter, he sent another complaint dated 10.01.2017 and during the enquiry of the said complaint, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proposed accused has returned the passport to the petitioner and hence the petitioner himself has requested the second respondent not to proceed further on his complaint. Based on the said request the complaint has been closed.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
