Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Court to direct the learned Special Sessions Judge (PCR), Madurai to consider the bail application of the Petitioner on the same day of surrender in Crime No. 1255 of 2020 on the file of the 1 and 2 Respondents police. ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Selvam, Advocate appearing for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, this Court made the following order: This court by its order dated 10.07.2020, in Crl.OP(MD)No.7221 of 2020 directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

CRL MP(MD). No.617 of 2021 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not in a position to surrender before the trial court within the time stipulated by this Court and seeks further time to surrender.
3. Considering the request made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court, on or before 17.02.2021, failing which, the order passed by this Court, shall stand automatically cancelled, without further reference to this Court.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
