This petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the III Additional District & Sessions Judge (PCR), Madurai, Madurai District in Spl.S.C.No.73 of 2016 vide his order dated 18.01.2018 and set aside the same.

2.In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.16036 of 2017, the order of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Madurai, Madurai District, dated 18.01.2018, appointing amicus curie is set aside and the criminal original petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
