ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2, in Crime No.935 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 10.10.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C., and subsequently altered to 306 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 09.10.2015, the petitioner abused the deceased by using filthy language due to illicit intimacy between the deceased and her husband. Due to which, the deceased consumed poison and maker her children to consume poison and all are died.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and she never committed any offence as alleged by the respondent police. The petitioner's husband met with an accident and he was hospitalised. The deceased came to the hospital and enquired about his health, so that her family members tortured her and due to which she committed sucide. The petitioner is having one year child.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is having one year child, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
