ORDER

This petition is filed to set aside the judgment dated 22.04.2014 made in Crl.R.C.No.33 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Mahalir Neethimandram Fast Track Mahila Court, Karur. 2.When the matter was posted for admission on 23.07.2014, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took adjournment. Thereafter, when the matter was listed, the learned counsel for the petitioner took adjournments only. Therefore, the matter is pending for the past four years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court.

3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter. More over, the case is of the year 2014. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of the criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose.

4.In view of the above, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
