ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the second respondent and his police officials that not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the third respondent and consequently to direct the second respondent and his police officials not to interfere into the money dispute, existed between the petitioner and the third respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and the petitioner has agreed to repay the amount to the party concerned, within a time stipulated. Hence, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
