This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2023. 2.Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner's complaint dated 07.12.2023 was registered in CSR.No.1216/2023 before the Kolachal Police Station and after conducting preliminary enquiry, the same was closed, as the matter in dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
