O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus to quash the communication issued by the first respondent, wherein the petitioner has been called upon to offer explanation with regard to the adverse police report received.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent brought to the notice of this Court that as on today, the petitioner has been implicated in a criminal case in Cr.No.145/2020 on the file of the second respondent, which has culminated in filing of charge sheet in Spl.S.C.No.9 of 2026 before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai.

3. In view of the above facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial court to seek permission of the court to go abroad. In case any application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within four (4) weeks from the date of application. Depending upon the orders to be passed by the concerned trial court, the first respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.
