ORDER

This Writ Petition was filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the civil dispute which is pending in O.S.No.293 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Valliyoor.

2. The second respondent has filed a counter affidavit. A stand has been taken to the effect that the suits are pending between the parties and since there was a potential danger of law and order problem, the Police officials wanted to bring the situation under control. That apart, there was no intention on the part of the respondent Police to threaten or interfere in the civil dispute between the parties.

3. Recording the specific stand taken by the second respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
