RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.2215 of 2019 dated 28.02.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2215 of 2019, dated 28.02.2019, in and by which, this Court has granted bail and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2.Heard Mr.T.Leninkumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the abovesaid condition is being complied with by the petitioner right from 05.03.2019 till date and therefore, the learned counsel seeks for relaxation. This fact has not been disputed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the condition imposed by this Court is being complied with by the petitioner and the fact that substantial portion of the investigation has also been completed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2215 of 2019 on 28.02.2019 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. sd/- 15/05/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
