RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time period for surrender as well as to comply the condition order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.5070 of 2019 dated on 12.04.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.S.HAROON RASHEED, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time period for surrender as well as to comply the condition order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5070 of 2019, dated 12.04.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5070 of 2019, dated 12.04.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.5070 of 2019, dated 12.04.2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically.
