3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 18547 of 2025 dt. 25.10.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates without fail. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
