Respondent/Complainant Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for production of sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.18863 of 2019 dated 19/12/2019 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.ANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.M.Ananthadevi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.18863 of 2019, dated 19/12/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.
