ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take appropriate action against the third respondent who illegally entered into the counting centre on 02.01.2020 and made malpractice in the counting centre within a stipulated time.

2.Mr.K.Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent / District Collector, Madurai on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner immediately taken action and also directed the Block Development Officer to conduct enquiry and file a report. The learned Additional Advocate General also produced the letter of the first respondent dated 14.01.2020 before this Court, which is also taken on record.

W.P(MD)No.1225 of 2020 3.Since the first respondent had taken prompt action based on the petitioner's complaint, we do not find any further direction need be issued to the authorities.
