The petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime .No. 298 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), upon the complaint of the second respondent/de-facto complainant, a case stands registered for offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC and after completion of investigation, final report has been filed on 09.11.2014, before the Magistrate concerned.

3. Recording the said submission, this petition is closed with a direction to the learned Magistrate to consider the final report without any further delay. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition No.1 of 2015 is closed.
