O R D E R

The petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for her willful and wanton disobedience of the orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court, Madurai Bench in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 13513 of 2019 dated 26.09.2019, thereby the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Cr.No.323 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and to file final report within 8 weeks from the date of order.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that now the respondent police completed the investigation and filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, on 03.03.2022.
