ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3 in Crime No.392 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.03.2015 in pursuant to the non bailable warrant was issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul District for the alleged offences punishable under Section 395 r/w. 397 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and since the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1981, he was not able to appear before the Court in the year 2013 and hence, non bailable warrant was issued against him.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has three previous cases in which, two cases of similar in nature and one case of 307 of I.P.C. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that though the respondent has completed the investigation and laid a charge sheet in the year 2011, due to non cooperation of the accused, the trial has been stalled and this Court has issued a direction in Crl.O.P.(MD.No.9398 of 2015 to complete the trial. 4.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
