RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by the Honourable Court in Crl.OP (MD)No.4122 of 2019 dated 08.04.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SUBRAMONIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4122 of 2019, dated 08.04.2019, in and by which, this Court has granted bail and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2.Heard Mr.P.Subramonian, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the State.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the abovesaid condition is being complied with by the petitioner right from 13.04.2019 till date and therefore, the learned counsel seeks for relaxation. This fact has not been disputed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

the fact that substantial portion of the investigation has also been completed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4122 of 2019 on 08.04.2019 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am, for a period of four weeks.
