ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to not to harass the petitioner and his family members. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that since the petitioner has created a fraudulent document, a complaint was given by the fourth respondent to the District Registrar and the District Registrar has passed an order cancelling the document and that the petitioner has preferred an appeal and the same was dismissed and that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, summons were issued to the petitioner, but he has not turned up. 3.At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the second respondent.

4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to issue fresh summons to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and the second respondent shall conduct the enquiry, in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of. 24.01.2023 NCC:Yes/No Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No lr To
